We are still looking for many volunteers to help make the 2014/2015 school year a success! Please take a look at the list below and see where you can help out. Banking Treasurer - weekly banking, counts money, makes deposits, and writes checks. This
position requires 1-2 hours a week
Accounting
Treasurer (board position) - record all deposits, checks written, and keeps accounts balanced. Write monthly
report of accounts (excel format or quicken) Present report at monthly PTO meetings. This
position requires 1-2 hours per week.
Membership/
Volunteer Coordinator (board position) - input/keep record of memberships that are received. Maintain list of volunteers and supplies committees with their information.
Grocery Store
Coordinator - contact local grocery stores and enroll Pueblo into the program as well as promote the program.
Parent Superintendent Council (PSC) Rep - attend meetings and report back at monthly PTO meetings. There are approximately 6 meetings during the school year and the meetings will be held on a Tuesday, 9:30-11:00 am. Lead PSC Rep also needed (board position).
School Store
Coordinator - take inventory, order supplies as needed, coordinate volunteers to help out in
store. Store would be open 2x a month, typically on Fridays and spirit
assembly days.
Hospitality - staff appreciation week treats/meals, back-to-school lunch, conference night
dinners, general hospitality when needed. This is a position for 2-3 people to share.
School Cents
Coordinator - attend meetings at Chandler Fashion mall, promote the program, collect and log
receipts.
Book Fair
Coordinator - work
with the librarian to promote the book fair in the fall and spring, help find
volunteers.
Dad’s club - for all you dads out there looking to get involved
Family Fitness 5K - assist with tasks the week prior and day of event (usually held in January)
